"We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again."

"Great location, access to the beach is good, breakfast is great, room views are good, pool is nice.. Only downside...elevator systems were unreliable during week of 5/19 and exercise room needs a bit of an upgrade. I'll return for sure next year tho."

"I had such a wonderful time at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Panama City Florida Hotel from May 18-22 2026 stay. I enjoyed the amazing amenities like the complimentary breakfast, pool and beach access and especially the hotel room with beach front balcony. The beach virws were absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect to my liking and I am looking forward to my time spent there again soon."

"View and access to the Gulf were good. Room was in poor shape. Mini fridge and television in the room with 2 beds didn't work. No replacements available. Several burners on stove in the kitchen room were broke. Requested to have room cleaned while we were out no one cleaned had to go back to front desk was given garbage sacks and toilet paper and towels told to put all towel and garbage outside the room. When they did send someone to clean had to leave the room they won't clean while your in...

"Breakfast was great. Room was good. Staff were great. Proximity to the beach was AWSOME. Close to great restaurants. Loved having a full sized refrigerator in the room. Plan to visit again."

"Staff was nice! I stayed two nights, and was pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was for the price! It looks like it was renovated recently. It also came with a normal size fridge/freezer. I checked out and was going to head back to Ohio. I changed my mind and booked another night. The room they gave me that time….i was NOT impressed! "Excellent stay"

"The "resort" is old outdated and dirty. From the oceanside it looks nice. That's where the pictures on the resort page were taken, but the rooms are definitely dated and the amenities are in disrepair."

"The place was alright, my girlfriend and I wanted a place to rest our heads for the night and we got that. The place could use some refurbishing, my room had some cracks along the door column and teenage roaches came out of it. Apart from that the room was ok."

"The beds were hard as a rock. The TV would not work and it was very small TV. The pool was closed down by the health department. The Place was an older place. That’s probably seen it better years but they kept it clean. There was nothing special about for anything the kids to do is just conveniently close to the beach you will walk across the street at here to go down to the beach the guy that was running The Place. He was super helpful, real sweet. We only stayed one night."
