"This was our first time visiting Venice, and we quickly learned that you cannot drive a car into the city. We arrived late at night and had to ask around before we were lucky enough to find a place to park. With no clear idea of what to do next, we called the hotel, and thankfully, they were very accommodating.

"This hotel is a gem, and the staff is incredible. The location was great for us. It is close to restaurants where locals actually eat and a short walk to all the major tourist locations.
We loved our room with its towering ceilings and giant chandeliers. Every morning we woke up excited to have breakfast at the hotel, which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. It was delicious.

Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island.
