I especially enjoy the fitness center and exceptional swimming pool which also included dressing rooms and sauna. The hotel is also a short walk to all that Shibuya has to offer iin the way of shopping and end endless assortment of great food. "

"This hotel had the best hospitality and full spa services at the onsen, which was absolutely the highlight! Reception staff were all super friendly and helpful. Shopping is right next door with lots of food options as well. Taking public transit also convenient as everything is connected indoors. The only complaint I had was with housekeeping staff, who couldn’t communicate well in either Japanese or English and showed up at the door despite us having notified front desk the night before that service wasn’t needed the next day. "
