"Booked this because of convenience and the breakfast, which was great. Had to make two calls to service desk when we arrived as ac not going and then had someone come up and fix our electrical in the room. Our toilet was fussy for the two nights but we didn’t bother asking for assistance a third time. Beds are very firm. It was an ok stay."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "

The convenient shuttle to the airport, which is close by, and the dedicated drivers. Also worthy of mention is the absolutely fabulous breakfast options. "I arrived there very late from the airport and the receptionist was kind enough to change my room to the nearest building so I did not have to walk too long to get to my room since I would also leave early in the morning."

"Perfect location for my first trip to Lisbon. My room was big with the balcony overlooking Equine Cosmopolitans rooftop terrace You can walk to superb restaurants and wine bars within 5 minutes. The location is 1 mile from the cruise port and a quick Uber 5 or 6 miles to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, Bruno the hotel bartender recommended numerous restaurants and wine bars 🍸 in the area, he is a top notch mixologist! "

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."
