"The nicest hotel we stayed at in Japan. Breakfast was AMAZING. Definitely get a room plan with Breakfast. You get choice of a western egg dish, plus a very high quality buffet. We had dinner twice at the restaurant and both meals were great. We also had a rooftop cocktail. The staff was very helpful with our luggage forwarding, as well. Laundry facilities were very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Fabulous location. Walking distance to Yasaka and Kiyomizu. We rented e-bikes from the hotel and had a great day and covered a ton of ground."

"The room itself was a good size and clean, the staff were very helpful with any enquiry always cheerful, only downsides were the size of the bathroom, could hardly move around in there, and also the pillows were very firm."

"Loved this hotel!!! It was only a 10min walk from Kyoto station and just a few minutes from 7/11. I stayed in the annex and not the main building but still had all the same amenities. Staff was super helpful and nice, plus the food in there was amazing. Room was bigger than I expected and had plenty of space for my suitcase to be open on the ground and still walk around. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto!"
