Clean room, helpful staff, perfect location to train station
They have clean rooms and clean rooms every three days. The staff are very helpful. Ac is regulated through the whole building. Shops are close by so its very convenient
There are plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby to make it very easy to grab a bite to eat with friends. The staff cleaned my room very well, an were accommodating when I needed a response in English.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Great location for shopping and exploring around the city. The facility is very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Everything was great. The staff was amazing, room was cleaned very well when it was cleaned, and it was stocked with amenities daily to where you had more than enough. It was the exact same when i was last at this one in 2024, the reason why I chose this one yet again.
Very good location although a bit loud at night. Check-in took an extremely long time. I think the staff might've been new and didn't know how to process foreign residence cards.
The rooms were small but not any smaller than any other Japanese business hotel. The rooms were clean. The pillows were okay. I requested more pillows easily by phone. I felt that the fridge wasn't very cold in my room and sometimes the air from the AC had an odd smell, almost like vinegar or something.
The hotel was great, well situated, staff were amazing. The 1 elevator was a bit slow for 14 floors, but we didnt go at peak times so it dodnt bother us.
One of the better hotel locations to stay around for the Akibahara area, just outside the main electric town but close enough for easy access to the train station and the different routes. The cleanliness of the rooms are always a positive and the staff themselves are easily responsive and can be easily talked to. The air conditioning is one major highlight as well as with the humidity of the environment it serves to be a big help at the end of the day.
Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly staff. Rooms are smaller but there is plenty of storage space beneath the bed and my partner and I found it to be a great little hotel. It is extremely walkable to get to restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. but off to the side enough that it isn't right in the middle of the busiest part of Akihabara.
