The hotel is extremely outdated. The beds are the worst beds I’ve ever slept on, and I’ve slept in hostels and on trains before. Room is small but to be expected with Tokyo. Towels provided are small and thin. Strong cigarette smell throughout (smoking hotel). Walls are very thin including to the outside, could clearly hear our neighbours conversations and people talking outside at all hours of the night. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and area was close to many attractions in Shinjuku.

Fair stay
We weren't smokers but we chose this option due to the hotel's location. It was a bit tough to get used to the smell at first so we slept with the windows opened. The bed was comfortable and we had fair amenities and enough space for our belongings. Service was good too.
I had no issue with this place given the price point. A little worn down but matched the photos. The area is close to shoppig, bars and restaurants. Staff were great as well
The staff was friendly, it is spacious, and they tried to clean it but it's a little older. But in a pinch it's a good spot. The beds are a little rigid but your getting what your paying for. I recommend it as it's cheap and a good location if you wanna go to ikebukero, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Ill potentially come back to this hotel but we shall see. Thank you kind sir.

Stayed here for 1 night before leaving Japan.
Pros
- Less than 10 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you to the airport.
- The staff seemed nice but spoke limited English.
Cons
- Our room legit did not have a power outlet.
- Shower and bath was confusing to use. You will not feel relaxed and clean after bathing here.
- You can hear guest in the other rooms. I even heard a guy yawning.
- Location isn’t bad but there are a lot of host clubs around the hotel. Definitely not family friendly.
I would love to give 100 stars with their service and kind hospitality. Great location and much bigger room than other business hotels. If you want to experience Kabukicho life, this is the place. I would definitely come back again to stay 100%. Thank you
Surprisingly quiet for the busy Shinjuku neighborhood. Nearby many of the places we wanted to walk to so very convenient for 4:00 a.m. ramen. The front desk is staffed 24 hours so it felt safe and attentive. The room had two clean beds. Unfortunately the pillow was very uncomfortable and there were only two pillows for two people. It's a window had a blackout covering so it was really dark and we slept well and got over our jet lag. Cigarette smells from a different floor went through the vents in case you're very sensitive. The room had a refrigerator microwave and kettle. It was about 10 minutes from the Metro. It was a good value.
