"Flat out amazing. The breakfast is so delicious and a beautiful experience, highly recommend. The room was beautiful with nice amenities. Shower was a little underwhelming but used the public bath, which was very hot temp but a good experience. Tattoos are fine. Will definitely be back"

"Staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the toilet also had a bidet. The receptionists were very accommodating when they realized that I couldn’t speak Japanese. The Lawson on the ground floor and proximity to the Washington Hotel Airport Limo stop was a huge bonus. Shinjuku station is also a short walk away which added to the convenience to the location. Would book again."
