"Great place to stay! The hotel was very nice, immaculate, rooms were nicely appointed, great location, and absolutely delicious breakfasts and wonderful wait staff. All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. Great overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved our stay in Venice!"

"The hotel is close to the bus, water and train stations and at the same time, is in a quiet location. The staff were excellent and the breakfast next door met expectations. Rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning, with windows that opened to the canal and updated washrooms. Appreciated the small fridge and kettle."
