Hotel murah di West Wickham

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Well maintained, clean & pleasant hotel. Location was excellent. It was quiet & the staff were very helpful. Food was good."

"Great location. Easy access to restaurants and the Underground. The room was small, especially the shower, but was clean and well maintained. My air conditioning unit worked fine. My ownly concerns were (1) that it would've been convenient if the room had a mini microwave, and (2) the receptionist who checked me in and out off the hotel, while not impolite, was not welcoming. Otherwise a great stay."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

"I did not have towels in my room when I checked in the first day. That was unexpected. The conditioner bottle attached to the bathroom wall fell off the second day. They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."

"Die Zimmer könnten an den Fußboden Rändern deutlich sauberer sein. Es ist ein Fön vorhanden, jedoch keine Steckdose im Bad. Preise die über Internet gebucht sind, passen überhaupt nicht. Es kommen diverse Pauschalen dazu. Das muss jeder wissen und einkalkulieren. Der Service ist Spitzenklasse. Die Herren an der Tür im roten Mantel, sind einsame Spitze. Habt ihr Fragen, dann fragt besagte Herren. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist einsame Spitze. Freundlich, Höflich, auf Zufriedenheit...
