"The Rubens is a very nice upscale hotel with a great location in the heart of Westminster and literally across the street from Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. "Staff, (Sid) was so nice, early arrival, . I was exhausted and he was able to secure me a single to crash in until my room was ready at 11 am. There are no amenities. This place is bare bones . It’s nicely decorated, but bring your own pillow. Beds and pillows are not comfortable."
