"We returned to the Grand Riviera Princess after 10 years and we were very impressed with the recent renovations to the hotel rooms, main buffet and restaurants. All of the upgrades are beautiful and sophisticated. Excellent job! More importantly, we were very happy with the consistent friendly and professional service from the Princess team during our stay. Shout out to Carmen at the beach bar for making every interaction with our large family group, warm and personal. Shout out to Manuel who assisted with coordinating a lovely and emotional symbolic 50th Wedding Anniversary vow renewal ceremony on the beach."
