"What else can you expect from a 5 diamond hotel but the absolute best, and they delivered! From the most beautiful and well kept grounds to the restaurants, parks and pools. Everything blew us away. I’ve had the best dishes here. We wake up to a view of exotic birds and monkeys from our balcony. This will hard to top."

"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"We had a great stay. Everything was flawless from beginning to end, but the gift shop was very disappointing. Their return policy is vague, and I was given a hard time when I tried to return 1 item. The shop worker, Veronica accused me of breaking the item, then called me stupid in spanish. It took me over an hour just to get a refund for 1 item. Stay away from the gift shop! Otherwise, the resort is amazing!"
