"This is such a beautiful hotel! Clean and most of the staff was super sweet and helpful. Besides one of the older men in the front he was a bit rude. The biggest down fall was the food and drinks 😞I wanted authentic Mexican food and it was more than American no flavor and the drinks had a plastic taste to them. Besides that everything was very well kept."

"It was an incredible experience. The staff were wonderful. The main pool was absolutely amazing!
The only thing worth mentioning is that the average age of the guests seemed to be around 40–60. So if you’re looking for a party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you. Instead, it’s more calm and relaxing. That said, there are different shows and DJs every night, which helps keep guests of all ages entertained.
The room service was amazing. They even came and cleaned the room twice a day.
The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We especially loved the French and Italian restaurants. The only downside was that breakfast and dinner became a bit repetitive after a few days.
The drinks were excellent. Just make sure to bring some dollar bills for tips, as the staff work very hard to make your stay enjoyable.
The only real drawback was that transportation was not provided if you booked through Expedia, and that part was a bit of a headache for us."
"El hotel estaba bien bonito, y muy limpio todo, la comida espectacular y muy buena atención al cliente. Las personas bien amables. Fui con mi familia y unos amigos y todo increíble."
"Lo que mas me gusto fue El area de la piscina y la limpieza del hotel, Los tragos de Los bares no son muy Buenos, le falta mas opciones de variedad de comida"

"The only down side is the resort is a bit smaller than the other bigger resorts. Restaurant option is limited. But the upside is the town is right outside the resort and relatively safe day and night. Food is good."
