"This property was amazing! It was immaculately manicured and staff was so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and they even had 4 pillow choices. Ac worked great and despite high humidity room still smelled fresh. Absolutely everything was included without hidden charges. Long Hyatt club sales pitch but not a bad deal if you travel a lot. "Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel and Spa was a wondrous place. It had the charm of jungle ambiance including spider monkeys always eager to eat bananas and iguanas creeping along to get their share of the bananas. The staff was exceptional always ready to assist and recommend suggestions to restaurants, ruins, cenotes and parks. I’m already planning a trip next year to bring my daughter and granddaughter to Terasu. "
