"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "I was never told that it is not a normal hotel; they have several independent properties which they refurbished and rent. I had to climb 3 floors in an old house to get to my room, there was no elevator. This is something they should tell in advance, I would not have rented it if I knew. "Loads of atmosphere in that part of town and convenient for West End and Kings Cross. I took the chance to use the spa which was top notch. Everyone was maxing on friendliness / seem to have a good set up. Would definitely recommend."
