"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Junior suite a great sized room and bathroom. Great location in Picadilly. However, informed at check in the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working and was given a portable air conditioner (large fan) as substitute. Windows did not open. It was a 32 degree day in London. Complimentary breakfast given as substitute for inconvenience. After complaints from our end, was moved to a new room the next day. However, could not gain access to the room until 3pm. This one had a good working air conditioner...

Durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati problemi agli ascensori (attivi 2 su 4) e alla scala mobile: un piccolo inconveniente che però, dato il numero molto elevato di clienti, significava aspettare abbastanza in alcuni casi. "Very convenient location, room was a good size, air conditioning was nice and cold, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We rented a club room which included drinks and food at the cafe 24/7 which was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange and uncomfortable for us as it was myself, my husband, and my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is made of frosted glass so you can still see into the bathroom and hear everything."

"Staff at front desk not helpful with my early arrival, refused to get me in even a moment before check in time after an over night flight, with little conversation. Housekeeping knocked almost every morning of my 7 night stay at 8:30-9 in the morning. Restaurant staff friendly but a bit slow. Room was nice but quite small even in the deluxe room. Location is the saving grace, and the view from the roof. Oh and front desk told me multiple times breakfast was included but restaurant charged me...
