"This was my first experience at this facility and it was very pleasant although a little pricey. The only complaint is have is the nonchalant demeanor that was given when I call over 10 times to notify the hotel of my flight cancellation and next day arrival. After calling repeatedly and waiting on hold over 25 min each time, I was finally able to speak with someone who didn’t seem too interested in my dilemma and then placed me back in to a loop of being transferred and waiting to extended...

"This property doesn’t offer transportation from the airport. Make sure you rent a car because you will have to Uber/lyft anywhere. The actual hotel was very nice and clean. Turndown service is offered every day which is very nice. Only complaint is distance from other things. "
