"My stay at Ocean El Faro resort was amazing! Check in with super simple the young lady that helped me was great. She was able to upgrade my room. The resort is beautiful clean and everyone was super nice. I’m really thankful for Carlos Enrique Buayone my guest specialist that would send me the daily activities every morning through WhatsApp. My room was super clean and so cute with a swim up pool. The food, drinks, club and bars were amazing, I give the resort, a 10 out of 10. "

"Room temperature, humidity and spotless… food as advertised was pretty good and an unexpected treat was an excellent wine list, I particularly enjoyed Spanish wines from Ribera del Duero … service friendly and willing to fulfill your requests, which is rare. The chef at the French restaurant, prepare a coconut rice for me outside the menu options. Lovely place, a bit far from everything but for me was perfect!"

"Rooms were clean and updated. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Drinks were awesome. They have coors lite and coronas as well! We had a swim up with concierge . If you have kids, it’s worth it. We did a trip for purely relaxation and we barely left our swim up pool! Servers came right to the pool for orders! We went to the beach a couple times, Carts are every couple minutes. We never waited and the kids loved sitting in the back seat. Water was warm. Seaweed was there but not horrible....

"Kino at the Aviary was the BEST!!! Every team member was exceptional. There was an instance in the Casino where my husband was with our 7yo daughter walking through to get to the Sugar factory and one of the casino attendants was very nasty and rude to my husband in telling him that she(our daughter) couldn’t be there and she needed to go. She said this several times. This occurred this past Saturday evening. My husband had to explain to her that the way she spoke to him in front of our child...
