The property was very clean, but the staff were amazing! They were so warm and friendly and got to know our names and drink orders very quickly. We had Alex as our VIP host, and he made the trip seamless. Dinner reservations ✅, Bali bed reservations ✅, anniversary celebration ✅. He personally came to see us and check on us every day.

The resort and staff were great, except the only issue was my wife left her wallet in the taxi that the resort called for us. Unfortunately they wasn’t very helpful in contacting the taxi about it, they didn’t bother responding back after I contacted them for their help.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The hotel area is beautiful and impeccably clean, reflecting a true love for detail throughout the property. Our room was wonderful, offering an amazing sunrise view that made each morning special. The pool was another highlight, with pleasantly hot water that made it perfect to relax in at any time of the day. Every detail felt carefully thought through, which truly elevated the experience. Clean room, Christian at the reception and Josette has been such great help after I left my items behind at the resort she has packed my things and will be mailed to us. Christian was very attentive and found my husbands. We loved the honest service. Food and drinks are great. The buffet dinner is better than we thought and like the Mexican restaurant for its elegance. We had a hick up with one employee but everyone else made up for it. Pools are nice note the beach, but everything else makes up for it. Great time, plus shows.
