"We had excellent service our entire trip, from check in, baggage handling, bartenders, bar servers, restaurant staff, housekeeping Playmakers and Security staff. We can’t wait to play our summer 2026 trip! Special shout out to the Quiet Pool bartenders who were close to our room and took great care of us all week. The Bash bartenders were always fast and friendly and remembered our drink orders."

"Clean room and the automatics operating of curtains was a surprise. Breakfast was very good with a lot of items. Location of the hotel was also good - in close vicinity of restaurants and shopping. We were able to get Uber easily to get to attractions and restaurants."

"Beds comfy and King sized vs. Queen sized at hotel next door. Breakfast was great and Raul the breakfast attendant was so helpful and kind. The pool seemed nice and the office staff great. I didn’t find it noisy except for someone’s little dog barking for a bit. I am currently staying at the hotel next door and would choose Holiday Inn over the slightly more expensive hotel next door. "
