"We stayed for 14 night in May 2026 and had a wonderful time. The buffet and specialty restaurants were very good with great choices for all meals. Beach and pool areas were great with plenty of shaded loungers available and drink service by wait staff and bartenders. The beach was kind of dirty at times with cans and cups not picked up properly, otherwise the grounds and pool were well maintained. We enjoyed seeing the many animals every day. "The staff and restaurant were great. The hotel was clean, rustic and a dive resort. Great amenities for that. My only complaint is one of the main roads is right next to the resort. I mean right there. The road noise was at times very very loud. Not sure who drives the unmuffled motorcycle at 3 am most morning but ugh! The sunset views from our patio were awesome. Best part…no cruise piers in your line of sight. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in the heart of Cozumel. The owner has literally thought of everything when designing it. The rooms are spacious and are decorated as an upscale hotel. The rooms are well thought out and have a beautifully tiled walk in rain shower for the ultimate in relaxation. The roof has an infinity pool overlooking the water. So much fun to watch the cruise ships coming in and out of port. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Book your room...

"Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly...
