"Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage. "For the price the stay was good. We were close to walk to the beach. We had loads of restaurant options near by. Smoothies and other breakfast spots too. Greenfit wellness center was close and excellent. The beach was marvelous and only a few minute walk. The pool at the hotel was nice.

"I rarely leave reviews, but I want to warn others before booking. The photos do not reflect the actual condition of the studio, and this is not a beach property. We arrived around 11:00 PM due to flight and customs delays. Although the listing states the office is open until 11:00 PM, no one was available and the studio was left unlocked.
We were later informed a cash electricity deposit was required ($10 per unit, three total), which was not disclosed in the Expedia listing. I contacted Expedia...

"Our stay this time was a bit disappointing compared to our first visit.
First, check in was extremely delayed. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready until after 4:30 PM. After a long day of traveling, that was frustrating and exhausting.
