"Luis upgraded our room to a Junior Suite for free due to it being our first time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were delicious and the restaurants you book reservations at were very good. The buffet for dinner was not very good but the breakfast is good there. The coffee shop is delicious if you order a iced espresso with caramel and cream. Alex the photographer took our photos and he did a wonderful job. He is also very friendly. The only downside would be the seaweed smell. You can smell it at the pool and through out the resort off and on. If you snag a spot at the beach, you will not smell the seaweed odor at all. And the water is pretty clear near the shallow area. Wouldn't be a bad idea to wear water shoes due to the slippery rocks. The bartender at the beach, Angel is very friendly also and will make sure you keep a steady buzz all day feeding you mexican candy and mango tequila shots while sun bathing and swinging on the swings at the bar. Overall great experience. Would come back for the beautiful beach and people. Thank you!"

"This is the 5th different all inclusive resort I’ve been to in Mexico and I will never try another. The Valentin Imperial will be my new “home away from home.” Everything was perfect. The ONLY recommendation I would have is to add a few fans for light air flow in non-air conditioned restaurants."

"I really love my stay here. I really enjoyed the people. The staff is amazing. The room was clean. We did upgrade to the elite. It was definitely worth it when it comes to the restaurant. We had one night at the elite restaurant super worth it the elite breakfast super worth it I really enjoyed everything they had to offer. The shows were nice. We went to the old White party had a freaking blast drinks everything super great. I love how every single night they cleaned off all the chairs in the pool area so the next morning everything was clean saw them with my own eyes."
