"Staff was very nice and friendly property was very clean and beautiful the food was amazing The staff stayed on her job making sure you had everything and the rooms and stuff stay clean I would go back didn’t want to leave."

"We stayed in an oceanview suite April 7-13, 2026 & had a wonderful time. Pros: The property is very clean & staff were always accomodating & cheerful. Pools were wonderful & beach area is very nice. The evening music in the lobby bar was always great. We really enjoyed LaLuce (Italian) & Noriku (Asian) & the Vela buffet/restaurants - food & service were excellent. Maxal (Mexican) & Flama (Steakhouse) were disappointing in comparison. Cons: There was a lot of construction noise that got to be irritating. They need more bathrooms around the pool area. The evening entertainment was not great - with the exception of the "Circus" night - that was great!"

"The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor at around 11:30 pm. "

"Overall it was great just some things need some TLC . The showers draining was iffy . Had to stand in a puddle while showering . The refrigerator that was in the room did not work . Drinks were hot . Uber is not allowed to go in for pick up only drop off . WiFi is slow . The pillows were not washed smelled like sweat . "
