"Our stay was nice, the room was extremely nice but the curatains as well as soom wood furnisher was dusty. We arrived in the evening so I opened the balcony and aired out the room. The hotel is well decorates and staff was friendly and helpful. We tried most of their buffets, some had excellent food while others wete just ok. Over all we spent 6 nights and used the bars more than anything else. I will repeat another stay in the future if the opportunity arises."

"To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised. "tl;dr: bad experience w/unit & argumentative host, wouldn't book again at ANY price. Vacation travel 6-8 wks/yr, last 5 years often in Cancun. Complex’ days of glory long gone . No gym, beach full of sargassum. Not walkable to rest, shops, groceries. Unit size avg, access dicey: narrow/ winding staircase, difficult to carry standard size bags.
