"No funcionaba el ventilador no era lo que se veia en las fotos"

"Muy bien! Solo la tienda y el restaurante mal surtidos."

"Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed...

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Service is fantastic. Staff really go above and beyond to make your trip feel special. Food is great. Make sure you ask about all food allergies, as some menu item’s dietary warnings do not match actual ingredients, but the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to warn against potential issues! Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking...

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"El Dorado Seaside Palms was a beautiful propery. The service staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were a little dated / worn but kept clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. We weren't satisfied with the food sadly, not a lot of flavor and the portions at the restaurants were small. With the amount of alcohol they serve more food options would be ideal, snacks or a dinner buffet etc. We enjoyed the entertainment at the main bar by the ocean the most. Overall we enjoyed our stay & the swim...

"El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar"

"My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food."

"The food was excellent and staff was always friendly and helpful. The temperature in our room was never controlable via the thermostat. Alway too cool. We just opened the door to the balcony. My wife and I were there to celebrate her birthday. The birthday was mentioned as the reason for our stay to several staff members during our checkin. After checkin, my wife's birthday was never mentioned or acknowledged. This was our second stay at Unico 20.87. This trip the grounds and facilities are...

"Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise."

"Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos"

"My wife and I loved our anniversary at this 5 star resort with healthy wildlife and great food, pool, bar, and staff driving the carts. Expedia VIP wristbands were great for daily access to the excellent spa pools (jets, steam, hot tub, plunge, sauna, vitamin shots). Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved...

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp."

"Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. "

"Enjoyed the stay"
