"We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. "

"For the price, you cannot beat the Ahava hotel. Located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, the location is amazing and the hotel is nice. It does get loud in the evenings, but we didn't mind and had no problem falling asleep. I will definitely stay here again the next time we visit."

One of the dispensers that holds the soap and conditioner in the shower was missing from the wall. We were given one towel each for a 4 day stay.
