"出張帰り途中のワーケーションにと、何とは無しに予約。予定より早く到着し、手持ち不沙汰だったが、副店長の名札を付けた外国人スタッフの方とお話しすると、源泉を2ヶ所から引いており、大浴場はその両方を楽しめるとのこと。更に「良かったら入れます」との案内で、お言葉に甘え入らせていただき、チェックイン前に温泉を堪能。その後もスタッフの皆さんの気持ちの良い挨拶、都内だと15000円から18,000円位するで有ろう夕食、5000円位はするで有ろう朝食など、どんな経営努力をすればこの様な良質なサービスを提供出来るのかに興味が湧きました。また近年の外国人スタッフによる日本品質のサービスの低下もこちらでは一切無く、むしろ日本で働いて下さりありがとうございますと、言いたい位です。 これからも機会が有れば泊まらせて頂きます。"
