"Breakfast was very good. Staffs were responsive and helpful. Room was clean and clean towels were provided daily . Bathroom has all needed toiletries. Walking distance from the hotel to Shinjuku station as well as Haneda airport bus stop. "

"Had to wait beyond 3pm for room to be available, courtesy drink should be offered when guests have to wait for their room to be made ready post 3pm. The room itself was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was great. Various power adapters provided were useful additions. TV should allow connection to guests streaming channels in 2026. Handy Lawson convenience store in the basement. Tried the Sky bar, had to queue, didn’t pay extra for the tower view and could see it from the bar counter anyway. Vehicle noise from the street on the 26th floor to me seemed to be louder than one should expect, the Fast and Furious seemed to be driving by each night. Good hotel in general just a few minor irritations, back there for a few more days at the end of vacation."
