"Excelente hotel, y el servicio sin comparación. Todos muy amables y serviciales. Billyjoel y David del 3er piso fueron maravillosos, súper atentos y ayudándonos en todo. En cuanto al servicio de los restaurantes, fue de primera, Bethsadia y Samantha de Le Blanc, Juan de Lumiere, Lorenzo y Andrea de Bella, y Mayra del bar Cavo, fueron estupendos. Vacaciones sin igual. "We wouldn’t normally stay in a “brand” hotel but this was a fantastic experience. Sure the hotel is fab, I cannot fault any of it. Great food, facilities and what an incredible location. However, it is the staff that made this really special. Particularly the team at the beach bar. Thank you Mariam, Mario and Diego so welcoming. Best hotel bar staff ever!!! (And we have met a few).
