"The property is clean however there are a number of basic repairs needed or lacking supples such as: 1. Lacking rod to hang clothes inside the cabinet 2. Water stopper needed on wash basin sink 3. Coffee maker - hardly drips 4. No cutting board 5. No kitchen towel 6. No chair/s inside the room 7. Stayed 4 days and 3 nights, only one elevator was working. Other than the above, even if the property is old, the location is close to all amenities and is by the beach. "

"Got there at noon to see maybe if the room was ready manager said no but not to worry he would prioritize it and will call us once it ready went back after check in 3:30 ish my suite was still not ready took an extra hr and half didn’t offer nothing didn’t even apologize for their error "

"If I had to choose again, I would book a different hotel. The pricing was fair, and I understand you often get what you pay for, but the overall experience was disappointing. We arrived late the first night and went straight to bed because we were exhausted. The next morning, I noticed stains on the sheets and what appeared to be mold or fungus on three out of the four pillows. It was spread across the pillowcases and was extremely concerning from a health standpoint. And there was no hot water...

"Excelentes instalaciones Hermosas vistas desde el balcón de la habitación el mar la alberca y los jardines. Todos los empleados son muy amables, las habitaciones están muy limpias cómodas y en muy buenas condiciones . Es una de las mejores opciones en CanCun."

"We were on the first floor with the pool outside our door. The pool isn’t heated and it was too cold to go in. The room itself was not cleaned well before we entered. There were brown drip marks on the ground, the sink drain was misplaced, the shower was an open shower and every time we showered the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water, there was splatter marks on the walls, the lamps had broken twine on top, and the lights only worked half the time. "
