"Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux."

The young gentleman who checked us in around 11pm was super helpful and offered to order us food from his phone as we were hungry after a long flight and all restaurants in the area were closed. Saya menginap bersama suami saya dan suka bayar full payment dengan hotel.com tetapi pas hari H begitu tiba diHanoi saya diantar travel untuk ke hotel tersebut tapi diinfokan hotel full booking dan saya ditolak untuk menginap disana dengan dipindahkan ke hotel lain yang masih 1 management dengan hotel tsb. Tindakan hotel sangat tidak menyenangkan tanpa konfirmasi sebelumnya kepada saya dan saya tidak akan pernah kembali lagi ke hotel ini!!! Sungguh membuat liburan...

"I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"
