"The room is clean and pleasant. Parking is limited. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and breakfast is rather basic, consisting mainly of cold food and squash. Boiled eggs and porridge are the only hot dishes. The coffee is rather poor."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"This is a clean well maintained property and suits individuals or larger groups. Very well placed for M&S Arena or city centre. Breakfast can get quite busy and a little chaotic. But that was the only downside. Rooms are spacious and well equipped."
