The rooms didn't have enough beds for the size of our party. We left agreeing a refund. They have failed to give a refund and are avoiding my messages. Avoid at all costs."

"Looks like it was once a grand plush hotel, room dated but large and clean and the bathroom looked recently refurbed, got a triple room for same as a double which turned out to be a bonus as we had seperate bedrooms,close to station and bars, cracking stay for a game at anfield."
