"Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms nice and clean, comfy bed, good shower. Gym was really modern and good. Breakfast your standard English Breakfast buffet, limited options but good quality Only Parking a public parking, about 2-3 min walk away. You get a discount if you enter your registration at reception. "

"Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are... Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people. Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night so not too unreasonable."
