"We were quite impressed with this location as there was a 7/11 right across the hotel & lots of restaurants a short walking distance away! It was a 5 min walk to the bus stop which was also nice. The hotel is very modern and clean! Everyday they leave a bag filled with towels, pajamas, green tea and water which we appreciated. The rooms are a bit small (this is very normal in Japan) so didn’t really bother us at all. Unfortunately there’s no Netflix, YouTube or any other streaming services...

"The location is excellent. It is just across from Exit 4 of the station, with a hotel right opposite. The design is modern, smart, and very well thought out. We really liked everything about it except the room size. We only brought two small suitcases, but even those were hard to fit inside the room. It was quite difficult to move around or open the luggage fully. Apart from that, everything else was great and very well designed."

"Great spot in Kyoto, all the main bus stops are right outside the property, it is walkable distance to the main shopping/dining area. 15 minute walk from Kamo river and 7-11 right under the property for any late night needs you might have. The rooms were extremely clean, the shower was amazing, the street view from our room was perfect and they were able to accommodate early check-in by an hour since a room was available. Only positive things to say about this hotel."
