"We had a fantastic time here. Our host greeted us upon arrival and asked if we would like to participate in an authentic tea ceremony. We got dressed in provided outfits, and the kids loved making matcha tea with the host. We loved the two levels, the indoor and outdoor baths, and the washing machine (kids use up a lot of clothes). "The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"This was our favorite hotel we stayed in! The staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms were decently sized and comfortable, and the onsen was beautiful. They are tattoo-friendly which was great for my partner and I to be able to enjoy the onsen culture. It was in a very convenient but quiet location, with plenty of shops nearby and great food options, and the hotel was so budget friendly for the experience you received. Absolutely stay here if you're in the area!"
