I really enjoyed my stay here, the garden was gorgeous and room was very nice. Close to the beach, the breakfast was bare bones but I didnt mind as I can eat at other nearby places. I cant wait to return and stay here as the price is reasonable and slept very comfortably.

Nice hotel

Check in process was easy and fast. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are clean, comfy, and the AC works really well. The staff is really nice and helpful. The restaurant was good too.

It's a well kept property with a very convenient location and nice staff to help answer questions you might have. Hot water, in room lock box for your important documents. Breakfast was reallly small but there was options a la carte. Will use again.

This is a little gem of a hotel in the middle of Playa. It's close to everything. It's super clean and the staff is fantastic. The restaurant/bar has excellent food. Their Hawaiian pizza is the best! The rooms are clean and spacious. There is construction next door that is going to take a long time to finish. The noise isn't bad in the rooms because the AC units drown it out. Sitting by the pool on a beautiful day, it's a little noticable.

It’s a niche spot with beautiful greenery, but it is awkwardly placed in the city so you can hear live performances at night if you’re by the street. The free breakfast is very nice and fresh (fruit, toast, and juice, coffee, or tea). They give you a free beach towel as well. There is no iron or anything so bring a steamer. The water in the shower and sink gets hot too and I’ve heard not all properties get hot water. Staff is incredibly nice, especially if you make an effort to speak Spanish :)

We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. The hotel is very close to 5th ave where you can find a lot of places to eat and also to the beach, only a few minutes away. We did the mistake of renting a car wich i wouldn't really recommend since there are a lot of oxxo and 7 eleven around and just a few parking spots in front of the hotel (we ve been told that if those spots are occupied we have to park on the street where you have to pay wich i assume its the case during season). The staff was very nice and helpful and we had no issues with hot water, wich i read it was a problem with in other hotels. We will definitely stay there again and i highly recommend this place!

many issues: 1- Breakfast is a JOKE. No egg..No sausage...just fruit and choice of juice or coffee 2 toast breads and small Butter/Jam. 2- old fashion rooms with a very old & rustic safe-box...there was no kind of electronic/modern safe-box. so in case we lost the key we signed a paper to pay for it:) I think my grandpa did same thing when he was on trips in 70s. 3- Hotel claimed breakfast provided by a restaurant next to them...however we booked this hotel since it is saying "Breakfast "included : so the rating should be also for the hotel. 4- very low light room. 5- Internet was very bad and slow. However 6- have a good access to 5th avenue Soriana supermarket. 7- room was spacious.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 8 nights, our first time traveling to Mexico together. The hotel is beautifully designed with an open layout that has it feel almost like a mini all inclusive resort. Having both a Family and Adult designated pool allowed us to enjoy the water every single day without any noise complaints or overcrowding. The staff was extremely pleasant and super helpful every step of the way. In fact, shortly after arriving and being shown to our room, we noticed the AC unit was no longer working and the temperature of our room began to climb rapidly. When a short inspection yielded no solution, the staff at Aventura happily moved us and our belongings to a new room with an even better view of the pool / outdoor dining area, promptly and free of charge. Turndown/cleaning services were optional each day, while fresh towels for the pool/tanning were easily accessible at the front desk, anytime we needed them! We absolutely loved starting each day with the free continental breakfast, which included delicious orange juice, fresh coffee, two slices of toast with your choice of jam or margarine, as well as a variety plate of super fresh fruit. With how hot and humid Playa Del Carmen gets, this light and healthy breakfast option was perfect to begin the day with. Only complaint was the nightlife noise of 5th Ave (Senior Frogs namely) and the early AM noise of Evolve Fitness across the street. Bring earplugs and you'll be just fine! 10/10 would come back!

Pasamos 10 noches en este hotel, no nos encanto pero tampoco nos desencanto. Desafortunadamente La habitacion que nos dieron no tenia nevera, cosa que no lo esperábamos, tampoco tenia plancha, por suerte un amable empleado nos presto una plancha. en las tardes esta un muchacho muy amable y servicial en el lobby. La piscina no la vi muy limpia y desafortunadamente tampoco vi que la limpiaran. En conclusión no esta mal el hotel para el precio que se paga.

En general bien , pero me parece precio alto para las amenidades del hotel . En el restaurant fatal . La atención del personal pésima . Lo peor es que te hacen sentir mal ya que a los huéspedes extranjeros los tratan diferente … me parece que la actitud de servicio debería ser en general y no por creer que el turismo local no lo merece 👎👎

The courtyard at Aventura Mexican is an oasis amidst a busy and often boisterous area. After walking and beach hopping all day, it was heavenly to return to the hotel for a swim in a lush and calming environment. Abraham and Pedro are wonderful servers at the bar, Rosy was always pleasant as our room cleaner; and the front desk staff were also pleasant and helpful. The only unfavourable moments were on the last two mornings of our stay being woken up and disturbed throughout the day by two perpetually drunk and loud guests- a couple. There was no need for them to be wasted at 7:45 am outside on the lounge chairs, walking up guests. I hope someone addressed this if it persisted. Food at the Freaky Tiki was excellent, but the coffee could use improvement, however the cocktails were on point! We loved this place and would recommend it to others. The wifi worked well and it was a nice surprise to have Netflix and Amazon on the room tv. Extra towel bars to dry towels and clothes in the bathroom would be helpful. Bed is also very comfortable. Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and central to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
