Excelente relación precio calidad. Solo estaría bien e dentro del mismo hotel tuvieran servicio de alimentos. Jaja bueno nuestra habitación tenía cocina pero no queríamos cocinar.

The staff were exceptionally gracious and helpful. The hotel is a lovely, well maintained building. The rooms aren’t fancy but they are clean and comfortable.

Quiet, clean, spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly. The onsite restaurants were exceptional. There was a rooftop pool no one used but us.

Very dirty all over the place. Broken light bulbs. Dusty doors. Beds are made of nailed pieces of cheap wood put together. Not even a chair in the room. Stained bed sheets with hairs. Rude personnel. Run away from this place.

Importante mencionar la responsabilidad del dueño de este hotel con sus clientes. El hotel tenía problemas de electricidad y fuimos fuimos transferidos al "KLR The City Condos By Sercotel" fue un cambio inesperado bajo otras condiciones pero funcionales y cómodas.

La verdad este hotel nos sorprendió gratamente el área es muy tranquila rodeada de naturaleza y casas de vacaciones está relativamente cerca de la playa y de la 5ta avenida La habitación era cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario hasta tina de baño A escasos metros hay 3 restaurantes y un Oxxo así q si de ultima hora ocupas algo o quieres comprar una bebida es muy fácil hacerlo La terraza es fantástica para descansar y estar un poco en la alberca Lo recomiendo ampliamente

El hotel se que es muy barato, sin embargo, uno llega y nadie se preocupa en ningún momento por la estancia. Pasaban dias sin que se limpiara ni la terraza (la cual estaba llena de cucarachas por la misma suciedad) ni el lugar de las bancas de la entrada, todo lleno de basura y colillas. El aseo al cuarto era mínimo, claramente no se barria ni trapeaba diariamente. Las toallas me dijeron que las cambiaban un dia si y uno no, no lo hicieron. La bienvenida al hotel es sin el más minimo interés en uno, sólo saludan, piden la credencial y le leen a uno las reglas como si fuera uno a entrar a una clinica de seguro. No fue buena la atención y menos la limpieza, a mi me encanta por las noches leer al aire libre, cosa que no pudo ser por la suciedad y las cucarachas. Recomiendo pongan un poco mas de atención a esos detalles. La foto que sale en la publicidad se ve muy bonita cuando para nada lo es. Gracias

Nos entregaron el cuarto con la cama sucia se veia q no la limpiaron cuando saluo el nterior huesped con sabanas regadas y el baño con los jabones utilizados , la puerta de entrada no se le podia poner seguro por dentro , las recamareras entraron. La habitacion estando nosotros durmiendo
