"A/C, bed, linens, shower, TV, room service breakfast, view, quietness all very good. If it wasn't for the seaweed issue I would up the rating but I knew it was happening. A little difficult to find on foot from the ADO bus station. I would say it was good value and enjoyable."

"We loved everything except the pool was too hot to go to during the day. We made it an early morning thing. We ended up heading to the beach during the day which was super easy as the front desk provided beach chairs and a ride down there!!! Also blackout curtains in the master bedroom would have been good but it wasnt terrible as im an early riser so wasnt the end of the world. We loved this place and we will be back ."

"There is no beach at this location where you can swim at. Big concrete blocks and seaweed all along the beach. This vacation was nothing like it was advertised to be. If you want a beach go somewhere else. If you want just an all inclusive resort then it works but that is not what we wanted. Also some of the staff are not happy at their jobs. We did have some good staff but I would say 50% were not good. Food was terrible. Sales guy trying to sell memberships was awful as well. Just rubbed us...

"Me paso algo muy honesto de resaltar en este hotel. Nos contrataron un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto y olvidé un sombrero , me comunique al hotel al darme cuenta y en 2 hrs me marcaron para notificarme que ahi lo tenían. Sombrero con gran valor sentimental , muchas gracias."

"The only thing no hot water to take a shower. Maintenance person leaves at 8:00 pm so had to go to another room to be able to take a shower other then that just the inconvenience. "

"Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cercano a playas, restaurantes. El personal muy amable, habitación limpia, cuenta con gimnasio (con lo necesario) para un buen entrenamiento."
