Cari Hotel di Solidaridad

"The property is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. There is very little variety, and almost every day we found ourselves eating the same things. I was especially disappointed by the lack of authentic Mexican food, which is something I expected to enjoy while visiting Mexico. Instead, the food options felt heavily Americanized, with too much fast food and very few traditional Mexican dishes. Honestly, the food...

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"

"Me gustó el trato del personal solo si pienso que podría mejorar la dinámica de los restaurantes"

"The staff was nice all around. The facility was clean. The food was amazing, too."

"Hot tub was not working, but they still tried to upgrade you to a cabana by the pool? Only about 40 couples in the hotel. It would have been great customer service to say - due to our hot tub not working for weeks - you get a free cabana for a day or two. Instead the just tried to get a room or cabana upgrade. "Loved the place. Needs some deep cleaning since everything is white you can see all the stains. But everything else is clean. The staff is nice, good food, nice drinks, fun family activities. The guys who want to sell the membership can really harass you even after saying no. That is the only thing that I can really complain about. Everything else was amazing."

"Very good food! Clean beach. Good customer service."

"Todo muy limpio excelente servicio , lo que no nos gustó es que te venden un lugar muy exclusivo y lo pagas y pueden entrar personas de otros hoteles que pueden hacer uso de las instalaciones pagando sin estar hospedadas eso ya no es exclusividad"

"The bar tender David was amazing"

"We have been to this RIU 7x. Still an amazing experience. Two areas have declined however. The first is the buffet. Was once Las Vegas level. Supreme. Now closer to Golden Corral. Second is room service. Nothing but 7-Eleven sandwiches on the menu. Needs more options for those nights you don't want to go out."
