"Es muy bueno"

"Everything was good. The beach was clean as well as the pools. The gym was also good. Morning walks around the property were great. We got to see lots of animals during our stroll. The only thing that could be better would be dinner buffet. They should have a better selection and or have someone clean it. Kinda messy too Other than than that hotel was great."

"Getting a drink that was not part of the package was very difficult. The staff had to call to get approval which took more then 10 minutes. I requested a drink while I wait for an approval but was denied. This is not heard of."

"The location was good on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were put on different level from our friends facing the street. We were told if we wanted a garden or pool view it would be extra. It was an adult only but everything shut down early by midnight and you couldn’t get a drink after that."

"Had a wonderful experience. Only thing I had issues with was how difficult it was to get a dinner reservation at the restaurants on property. Showing up on day one and everything was booked for the most part. Drinks at the pool weren’t bad . The buffets were good . The staff were very nice and helpful . I would definitely come back"

"The front desk almost ruined our entire stay checking in and out both individuals we worked with were rude and off putting. The entertainment staff was great. The cafe staff was great, we had one waiter for breakfast and lunch we made sure to work with because he was fabulous but your front desk needs some work especially when they’re the face of the resort.
