"We were a group of three families who took four royal rooms for six nights. Food and beach view from the restaurant awesome. Some of the waiters at Royal were not friendly to us since we had small children and they kept on spilling water on the table. We didn’t feel welcomed always. Royal front desk was friendly but untrained. I got locked out of my room almost everyday . They were not able to fix our bracelets to work properly. Xcarat unlimited was awesome which is why we chose this place ....

"We booked the Privilege Junior suite Pool View and we had an amazing experience. It is definitely worth it to upgrade to the Privilege section as we had our own Butler (Thank you Alan) and their amazing hospitality. They would contact us through WhatsApp, reply to any of our questions and requests in a timely manner. Pool service, and room service and much more. We are glad to stay at this resort. It was our 3rd time at the hotel. It is always a great experience. Food is exquisite as well....
