"Staff was extremely courteous and friendly! Rooms were very clean and overall a wonderful resort.
Agave and buffet restaurants were excellent. Steakhouse and Italian restaurants were not so great.

"The resort is beautiful! The pools were great and the beach was warm and gorgeous. We booked at the Xhale level, which was absolutely worth it and really enhanced our stay. "The resort was clean and kept immaculate by very hard working staff. Our Butler Richard made our stay so enjoyable. He went above and beyond, he surprised us by decorating our room for our Anniversary, making all our reservations and just checking on us to make sure our stay great!!
