"Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. "

"Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate.
