"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"Well decorated hotel in a convenient location to the LACMA, Grove, and Rodeo Drive. Check-in staff, valet, and room service staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very basic and only okay. Also the pool area was small for the 6 guests using it. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the minibar was stocked but pricey. We enjoyed the Palihouse and people who value design and location would appreciate it."

"Upon arriving on Wednesday evening, I waited approximately three hours to check in and was not able to access my room until around 8:00 PM. After an already exhausting day preparing for surgery, this was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. When I finally entered my room, I immediately noticed it smelled strongly of smoke. Even more concerning, there were used contact lenses on the floor, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being assigned to a...

"The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel."
