The location is perfect if you want to explore Hollywood — many attractions are within walking distance, and the Ovation Hollywood shopping center is right next door. "The staff was fantastic Gigi was the person that greeted us and she was fantastic!!! She made our stay warm and welcoming. She had a lot knowledge of the area and recommended some food options for us and it was amazing! The rooms are soo clean and comfortable! The decorations are nostalgic almost like a mafia Las Vegas vibes but upscale. It’s stunning at night time on the roof top. Thank you Gigi for the recommendations, we will be coming back!"

"The Kimpton Everly is located in a great spot for easy access to Hollywood. The pool has gorgeous views. The restaurant has great food, as does the coffee shop. My only criticism is the lighting in the living room part of the suites is very dim, making it hard to read or see yourself in the full length mirrors that are on the closet doors, that don't stay open."

"Shower cubicle has quite a bit of mold, so that was disappointing, the room rugs are sisal and there is old food or gum stuck within - so they definitely need to change these. The beds are also right next to the bathroom and the door is glass, so not great when you are sharing a double room. The noise from upstairs was unbearably loud, so it doesn't seem there is any sound proofing between the top / bottom and there was a very strong weed smell from I assume the upstairs people. "I liked this hotel and the location and the staff were all super friendly. Easy valet parking, too. I rated 4 stars because there was a lot if noise around 11-12 pm ... maybe from the restaurant staff closing up, as my room was right next to the restaurant. Also no coffee maker in the room and none available when I had to hit the road at 6 am."
