"Property does need a refurbish. All employees are well trained, very cordial. Food was good, not great. Beef & pork were both tuff at Bordeaux. Wines were also lacking. House wine was a cabarnet, merlot, chardonnay, & sauvignon blanc from Chile. All '25 vintage. Very young wine ! Especially the reds. Also to adjust the thermostat, you need an engineering degree. Beach is great BUT alot of rocks make it difficult to get in. Seems like a couple of paths could be cleared."

"The hotel is run down and I would not give it more than a 3 star. There is no beach, the pools were dirty and the food at the buffet was absolutely awful. It was uncomfortable, no fans, no air, missing utensils, bad service along with little selection but especially just mediocre quality and taste of food. This hotel is in dire need of help!!"

"Snorkeling was fantastic. Staff was good. Food was pretty good. The hotel was a sauna. Their air conditioning doesn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the temperature in our room any cooler than 26 Degrees Celsius (79 Degrees Fahrenheit). We cut our 7 day stay to one day and moved to a different hotel. Hard to imagine anyone wants to pay so much money for rooms with no air conditioning."
