"Breakfast goes from 6:40am-10:00am. great selection of food from rice, beans, chilaquiles, meats, plantains, fruit, cereals, there's even an omlette station and waffle station. Tea selections include black, green and herbal. Hot coffee and hot milk available as well. Juices usually were orange and some type of red (our guess was papaya). Filling because it is all you can eat. "

"This is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at! Its absolutely beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Very clean. The pool was a lot of fun for our 6 year old daughter. The breakfast was incredible! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Shout out to the whole staff team at this hotel. You really know how to make sure guests are well taken care of and happy."

"There are far too many incredible hotels in the area (like Nayara Springs or Volcano Lodge) to waste your money on a property that blatantly lies to its guests. Before booking, I explicitly reached out to ask if any construction was planned during my visit. Greivin Vega from the hotel assured me in writing on March 1st that there was "nothing scheduled that would affect stays between June and August 2026." This was a flat-out lie. "Overall, we loved this resort. First night in bad room located right next to construction/maintenance area and was very noisy. Do not stay in room 37! Hotel Mgr was very accommodating and upgraded us to a nicer and quieter room. Grounds are beautiful, and great view of Arenal volcano. Thermal springs (at least the top 2 pools) were lovely. Nice outdoor pool patio casual restaurant. Big breakfast buffet, all food was very good. I’d definitely recommend a stay here! And don’t miss Mistico Park...

"The grounds are really beautifully laid out and the looks amazing. The room had a ton a nice little touches and was very well put together. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was a great buffet breakfast with some of the juiciest, softest mango pieces I have ever had. It’s a little outside La Fortuna (15 min drive) but that’s the appeal of being next to the jungle! And this is a great spot to enjoy it."

"We enjoyed the free breakfast, beautiful hotel surrounding, and free bicycles to ride around the property. The design of the two unconnected rooms to accommodate 6 people was inconvenient and a lot of flaw. We had to walk outside to get in between the two rooms. The table outside was next to the bushes and felt unsafe due to concerning of snakes and bugs. It was uncomfortable to hang out at the table due to hot and humid even though with the ceiling fan.
