"We had an amazing experience at Arenal Observatory. The staff was super friendly and bilingual. They even left special treats in our room for us :D Transportation was easily accessible and the trails were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food and has a great view! I highly recommend booking the shared casona. The rooms were spacious and clean and it has a small observation deck right next to the entrance! My only complaint is I wish there was a microwave and fridge...

"We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. "

"The stay was a highlight of COSTA RICA travel. This property gives you a chance to enjoy the combination of a wonderful hotel stay (with breakfast included) and hot springs. Take time and enjoy hot springs in combination with cold water swimming pools. You can spend 2-3 hours in the evening, and same time in the morning just after your breakfast. "

"This is a beautiful place in the middle of the Rainforest with an impeccable view of the Arenal Volcano! The rooms are divided among separate dwellings for each group (example: 200s, 300s, etc) They offer rides to different areas of the property, but I took the opportunity to walk to must places within the property for some exercise. Nothing is really that far! Just remember to use your bug repellent when walking around outside. The view of the Volcano depends on the day. The moment I arrived,...
