"The room was great. The lines at check-in and check-out is very slow and at times frustrating. Also, the free drink you get as a VIP guest is poison. They offer you a free drink, but it has to come off their special menu which is just the worst wine or sparkling wine you could ever buy. And you have to pay money to even get to the bar, so it's kind of moot.
