"We had a private villa with a pool and the room was amazing! The tub was huge and had jacuzzi jets. There was an outdoor shower with two shower heads. Honestly the BEST hotel room I could imagine for our honeymoon! The only downside to this place was the all inclusive package wasn’t the best. They didn’t have as many drink or food options as the other hotel we stayed in at Nusa Dua. "Disappointing stay. Not the 5-star experience we expected. Check-in is 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready until after 3:30pm. I spoke to another guest who told me their room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. The hotel was significantly understaffed and struggled to cope when operating at full capacity. I booked a room advertised having a ‘City View’, however the view consisted of the roof of the hotel lobby atrium and a hotel wall. "Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."
