"It was nice. Didn’t care for the room as it was next to an alley with dumpsters. Especially after paying $550 a night. Didn’t realize there was also a resort fee of $70 a night on top of that. Nice hotel though…"

"The property was beautiful and well taken care of. My room was clean and big. Plenty to do for family and kids. The few drawbacks were that our room was only serviced twice over 7 days, each bar has 1 bartender which makes drink service extremely slow with all of the frozen drinks and mojitos being made, and the wait for the tram & ferry to Palomino Island. All in all it was a good resort and we enjoyed our stay."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"Rooms are thoughtfully designed. Had a conjoined rooms providing privacy for parents with teenage kids. Plenty of activities during the day.. the only let down was transportation to the hotel was not reviewed 48hours in advance and we ended paying for our own transportation. Coating us $60 as opposed to $100 for something that really costs #30 for a return trip. Besides this letdown the hotel was great and would certainly go back"
