"The hotel is awesome, staff as well. So much to do on property. I had a wonderful time. However, when leaving the hotel the tour guys and transport guys harass you to much for tips. They dont give you a chance to even offer. "

"Realmente es un poco desagradable el sistema de reservaciòn de los restaurantes. Nunca tienen disponibilidad y la aplicación solo te permite hacer reservación de 8-3 de la tarde para el siguiente día, sin importar a la hora que accedas a la aplicaciòn ya todas las reservaciones están agotadas. Solo pudimos hacer reservación para un restaurante de 10 que se encuentran en las facilidades. "

"Pros: Above avg dining at multiple restaurants esp the Edgewater which has a fabulous setting. Private beach/lagoon area is welcomed and they do a nice bbq on the beach every Thursday night. Breakfast buffet is very good. Pool stays open until 730ish. While rooms aren't 5-star, beds are very comfortable. "The hotel was ok. Rooms were decent. The smell of sarcasm and fish though is bad. All outside the resort. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but heard it wasn’t the greatest. Overall not bad. "

"This was a beautiful property with a wonderful pool, well-equipped gym, and beach access. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean (from the small balcony). The only criticisms were how early the pool closed (9pm), how early the beach chairs were picked up (by or before 6pm, which is before sunset), and the very high resort fees on top of the expense of the room. "We loved the staff (be sure to tip them cus they are awesome and go above and beyond), the wheelchair accessibility including her private tour from the bellman, semi-long wait at the front desk (have patience), beautiful well kept grounds, easy accessibility to the airport and shopping, amazing wheelchair accessable private beach. Tip your servers, a little for you is a lot for them! Pay it forward! ❤️"
