Cari Hotel di Karibia

"Hotel was good overall. Food : Asador was very good! On the other hand Inari was horrible, at least what I had which was some fried rice with like a sweat a sour orange chicken. Staff was great everywhere but Music was the same songs pretty much in every bar. Coffee is great from Bávaro Coffee Animation wasn’t all there, the beach was divided in very short sections. In the area of “Unique” there’s wasn’t a single person lastly the room service around 1:30/2am was the hardest chicken...

"Great property. Great for a relaxing family vacation"

"The hotel was full of scammers and people that would take advantage of your money and scam you every way they could."

"bath mat soiled prior to my arrival did not request or require a 'handicap room' but was given one room light switch was defective and repeatedly tripped breaker."

"Food was great, drinks were great, absolutely no need to leave the resort. A ton of activities and amenities to explore. Room was beautiful and spacious. Would definitely revisit and also recommend"

"I feel like the hotel was good. I have seen better from this hotel in regards to the food selection. I was traveling with elderly individuals and the room choice was too far and had too many steps for them."

"Maintenance of this older property is starting to show it’s lacking. The door handle of our patio door was falling off and the chairs on the balcony were ripped to the point of falling through the seat when you sat on them"

"10/10"

"Excellent stay! I really loved it . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort looked like paradise. I will be back!"

"I enjoy the visit, however I felt like the staff specially at the restaurant for the buffet. Customer service was not good. The staff was very unprofessional management definitely need to speak with the staff about being more friendly however, the other staff and the other dining and poolside service was excellent as well as room service overall experience with good. The concierge and front desk is very professional and friendly, so I would recommend my only ask is that they speak with the staff...

"We had an amazing stay, everything was streamlined and easy to understand and access so we were able to relax."
