"The hotel is located in a great area, very walkable. The hotel was beautiful and updated. The only complaint is the size of the rooms (they are very small). All staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool areas were well maintained and beautiful, and the food was delicious. "

"I would stay here all over again for many reasons, but the easy access to and from Renaissance Island was the cherry on top. I was obsessed with the flamingos and calm waters on the island and I loved that I could take the boat ride right from the main floor of the hotel. Very unique!!"

"THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT NO MATTER WHAT THEY ADVERTISE OR ASPIRE TO BE.
THIS IS OUR 5th TIME STAYING AT THIS RESORT.
Location: 5 stars - beautiful beach - the best part of the resort.
Premium Level: 2 stars due to issues with rooms - Booked 2 rooms with request for adjacent rooms. Resort initially gave us rooms very far apart in separate buildings. After 2 days moved to the same building with 1 room on first floor and the second room directly above on the third floor. My adult daughters...
